Cashier (Full-Time) - Belle Fourche, SD

About the role

The Cashier interacts with customers as they enter and leave the retail store, providing excellent customer service. Hours vary, including days, evenings (until 9pm), and rotating weekend/holiday coverage. Applicants must be available to work evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the retail store and assist with customer service questions.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately.
• Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
• Ensure accurate cash handling.
• Price store merchandise as requested by store management.
• Stock merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
• Handle customer returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequent bending and twisting.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Working Conditions
