This role helps ensure an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for all customers. Duties And Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer serviceAccurately operate the cash register and process badge and cash transactionsMaintain accurate cash handling with minimal discrepanciesVerify customer identification when required and escalate payment issues as neededStock and rotate café items (grab-and-go, snacks, beverages) using proper FIFO methodsPrice and mark down items as neededRestock utensils, paper products, cups, and beverage station suppliesMaintain cleanliness of register and service areasComplete daily opening and closing proceduresAssist with receiving and storing deliveries during downtimeOther duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years oldCustomer service orientedAbility to communicate effectively with customersExcellent organizational skills Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
