Cashier - Food Blue Square Café

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture ensuring the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensures department adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Completes assigned side work and checklists.
• Rings in guests in a timely manner and corrects according to tender.
• Makes eye contact and uses guest names when possible.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.
• Follows company policies related to handling received revenue, signing out banks or drawers, and closing out revenue centers.
• Uses Point of Sale InfoGenesis systems.
• Maintains par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Knows all promotions and events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
