Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Redeem vouchers
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Bag to-go items

Requirements

• Flexible availability — must be available to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Willingness to participate in outdoor pop-up events, off-site events, and special promotions
• High energy — bring enthusiasm, personality, and a positive attitude to every shift
• Fun and professional — know how to create a fun, welcoming experience while maintaining professionalism and excellent service standards
• Team player — dependable, adaptable, and ready to help wherever needed
• Previous experience in a customer service position
• Knowledge of POS systems
