Cashier, F&B - Winter 26/27

About the role

Join our team of big mountain adventurers at the largest ski resort in Washington! We are looking for a F&B Cashier to process guest point-of-sale transactions and assist guests with questions and requests.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time, clean, and in proper uniform
• Clocks in and out according to shift
• Demonstrates an upbeat, positive attitude and acts and communicates with our guests in a positive manner
• Responsible for accurate cash handling, making & returning proper change
• Maintains cleanliness of cashier, condiment, and beverage stations
• Stocks and refills beverage machines, condiments, and utensils
• Assists guests with needs as necessary
• Reports any equipment malfunctions or breakage to the proper channels to resolve the issue ASAP
• Abides by and upholds overall customer service standards
• Adheres to all policies, standards, SOP's and training as directed by the General Manager and F&B Director

Requirements

• Experience handling cash and using Point of Sale technology
• Proven exemplary customer service skills
• Some venues require intermediate ski or snowboard ability to access

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation. The F&B Cashier must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis, and have manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.

Wage Range: $17.13-18.50 + tips
