Cashier (Dining Room)

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-step tasks such as receiving checks, cash, and credit card payments for food service transactions with authorized patrons.
• Set up and break down the dining room each day.
• Prepare daily activity reports of sales and submit to central cashier.
• Unload food from delivery trucks and move heavy garbage cans as needed.
• Operate cash register and be responsible for personal change fund.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, dining area, and associated items.
• Maintain inventory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successfully complete a background investigation (fingerprint identification and background inquiry forms).
• Pass E‑Verify employment verification; resolve any discrepancies.
• Complete Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process with two Form I‑9 IDs.
• Possess a valid State driver’s license to operate motor vehicles.
• Enroll in Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer for salary.
• For males born after 12/31/1959, be registered with Selective Service.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and food preparation experience.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English.

Schedule
