Cashier/Crew Member

Job Duties

• Create great first impressions by greeting every customer and making them feel welcome.
• Bleand and prepare fresh smoothies and healthy menu items with speed and consistency.
• Take orders and ring up customers accurately at the register.
• Make helpful suggestions to enhance the guest experience (add-ons, favorites, combos).
• Keep your workspace clean, stocked, and organized for the next rush.
• Support your team to keep service running smoothly.

Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with repetitive movements (bending, reaching, etc.).
• Willing to support multiple duties (smoothie prep, cashiering, stocking, cleaning).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays).
