Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledges and greets guests immediately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Treats guests and associates with courtesy, respect, and dignity.
• Accurately collects and reconciles revenue while providing exceptional hospitality services.
• Assists guests with directions and all other inquiries.
• Determines guest charges and processes payments via cash, credit, or direct billing.
• Completes accurate and timely shift reports.
• Operates equipment, including registers, gates, and credit card machines.
• Completes all tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the Lead Cashier/Account Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic math skills
• Read and write standard English language
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Write simple correspondence
• Understand 24-hour and military time systems
• Understand rates applicable to time passed
• Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, handling or feeling objects, tools or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Lifting requirements: up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Pay

The hourly base pay range for this position is $8-$15 per hour.

Schedule

Standard shifts include 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm, and 11:00pm - 7:00am. Potential mid-shifts may range from 9:00am - 5:00pm or 1:00pm - 9:00pm, depending on candidate availability and resort business needs. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
