Cashier

About the role

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Cashier to join our team. This person will be responsible for operating a cash register and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Aid customers with questions and purchases
• Support the team to create a great shopping experience

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Required: None
• Required Certifications and Licenses:
• Food Handlers License within 30 days of hire
• Must have valid driver's license and complete registration with University Driver's Policy in advance of driving any university vehicle

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: Targeted salary of $13.50/hour, based on education and experience.
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard/Fixed Schedule
