About the role

This entry-level role assists customers with questions, returns, store services, and issue resolution in a busy onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face customer assistance
• Handle routine returns, exchanges, pickups, or service requests
• Explain store policies and available services
• Coordinate complex issues with supervisors or other departments

Qualifications

A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
