Expect to acknowledge guests immediately with a friendly greeting, utilize tools for organization, learn and communicate about menu and specials, bus tables, restock areas, handle POS transactions, and accurately make change.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge the presence of our guests IMMEDIATELY, with a friendly greeting.
• Utilize the tools provided to stay organized.
• Learn menu and daily specials, keeping in close communication with management.
• Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness.
• Restock/organize areas surrounding the check out counters.
• Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including all cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders.
• Accurately make change for all cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions, maintain accurate balance in cash drawer at all times, and reconcile cash drawer after every meal.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
