Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and a smiling, charismatic demeanor.
• Maintain cash board on all transactions and receive payments while keeping accurate records.
• Keep a professional appearance and ensure the work area remains tidy.
• Assist with clerical duties as requested.
• Call clients upon completion of vehicle to notify them when ready for pickup.
• Maintain and track keys and their locations.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Computer experience and data entry skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions, comprehend short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
