The Role at a glance

We are looking to add a friendly, enthusiastic Cashier to our team at Zoo Knoxville in Knoxville, TN!

As a cashier with Lancer, you will have the opportunity to interact with a plethora of different customers and help ensure that their foodservice experience is as positive as possible.

This role requires a background check and drug screening.

What you'll be doing

• Filling orders
• Receiving money
• Accurately counting back change
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Customer service

What we're looking for

• Must-haves:
• Basic knowledge of math and handling money
• Ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Excellent attention to details and service knowledge
• Nice-to-haves:
• Prior experience providing superior customer service
