About the role

Apart from working at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe locations on Sundays and during Thanksgiving and Christmas, the part-time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member will enjoy a flexible schedule with split-shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work with a dynamic team to offer a unique menu including scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.
• Have the ability to actively listen to guests and confidently suggest meal and gift items to both first-time and returning guests.
• Quickly work, learn from mistakes, and proactively assist other departments without being explicitly asked.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service/serving experience (preferred but not required).
• Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
• Flexible schedule that can start as early as 7 AM and end as late as 10 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage.

Schedule

Front of house team member shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic and time of year. Shifts can start as early as 7 AM and end as late as 10 PM, Monday through Saturday.
