About the role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic part-time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. You will work with a dynamic team offering a unique menu of scratch‑baked breads and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service/serving experience (preferred, not required)
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards
• Minimum age of 16 years

Skills

• A “can do” attitude
• Ability to actively listen to guests and confidently suggest meal and gift items to first‑time guests and returning regulars
• Ability to work quickly, learn from mistakes, and proactively step in to help other departments
