Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers, scanners, and other point-of-sale equipment.
• Process cash, credit, and check transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
• Aid customers with questions and provide information about products and promotions.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
