About the role

The Newnan retail store in Bullsboro, DR, seeks a hard-working and dedicated Retail Associate – Cashier.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that each guest receives outstanding customer service.
• Assists customers with purchases and pricing.
• Operates the cash register system and applies basic math skills, including, but not limited to, essential addition and subtraction of money.
• Understands item pricing and “color of the week.”
• Maintains the appearance of the sales floor and dressing room by organizing shelves, putting away carts, and returning merchandise from the dressing room to the sales floor.
• Ask customers to “Round-Up” totals in support of our mission and scholarship programs.
• Mets or exceeds daily retail store goals.
• Works other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.
• Basic math skills.
• Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment, required.
• One year of Cash handling experience, preferred.
• Warehouse experience, preferred.
