Cashier

About the role

Responsibilities

• Cash register operation and customer service
• Maintain store appearance: rotating stock, tidying, and continually keeping the store looking its best
• Cross-training in receiving, pricing, and stocking donations (receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds)
• Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textile & clothing in a production-style setting

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Production or similar experience preferred

• Respectful and professional, including when dealing with challenging customers
• Warm, friendly personality with strong customer service orientation

Pay

$15.00 per hour

Schedule

Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Store hours: Monday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
