About the Role

The ideal candidate is a team player, positive, dependable, and respectful, even when dealing with challenging customers. This role involves cashiering, customer service, and maintaining store appearance, with potential cross-training in receiving, pricing, stocking donations, and textile processing.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and provide customer service
• Maintain store appearance by rotating stock, tidying, and ensuring the store looks its best
• Cross-train in receiving, pricing, and stocking donations (may include lifting and carrying 10–50 pounds)
• Hang, inspect, and tag textiles and clothing in a production-style setting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Production or similar experience preferred
• Availability to work store hours, including evenings and weekends (stores are open Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–8 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM–8 PM)
