Responsibilities

• Communicate efficiently with guests and handle questions and concerns professionally.

• Participate in fundraising initiatives for the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
• Complete other restaurant functions as directed by management.
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to local food and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient use of the POS system.
• Accuracy in cash drawer operations.
• Team player attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Accuracy in guest order fulfillment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Accountability for the accuracy of the guest’s order.
• Ability to maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
