Job Summary / Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests
• Prepare the restaurant to be a welcoming environment for each and every guest
• Ensures that work areas are clean
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
• Accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her actions
• Arrives early and prepared, and willing to stay past the scheduled time, if necessary

• Must have reliable transportation
