Cashier

Duties

• Greeting patrons to the Aquatic Center.
• Processing transactions via cash, card, or check appropriately.
• Selling additional items including swim diapers, sunscreen, and more.
• Answering front desk phone and providing answers to patrons' questions.
• Cleaning of station at end of shift/end of day.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 14 years of age to work at the Muscatine Aquatic Center.
• Able to handle cash appropriately and give back correct cash change.
• Able to utilize a computer and check for season passes or passed swim tests.
• Able to answer questions via telephone or in-person.
• Good customer service skills.
