Who We're Looking For

• Share your knowledge of the menu to enhance guests' experiences.
• Support fellow Team Members and perform side duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food.

Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous server or restaurant experience is preferred.

Skills/Competencies/Certifications

• Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills are required.
• Strong English language and professional communication skills are required.
• Teamwork, problem-solving, self-motivation, and organizational skills are essential.
• Quality service and food and beverage knowledge are important.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure, and make good judgments is necessary.
• Proficiency with tablets, point of sale equipment, and telephones is required.
• A friendly and positive attitude is expected, even during busy times.
