• Share knowledge of the menu to enhance Guest experiences
• Be punctual and supportive of fellow Team Members
• Complete side duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food

Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous server or restaurant experience preferred

• Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills
• Professional and English language communication skills
• Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivation and organizational skills
• Quality service commitment and food and beverage knowledge
• Handling multiple priorities, calmness under pressure, and good judgment
• Using tablets, point of sale equipment, and telephones with attention to detail and accuracy
