About the role
We are looking for Full or part-time cashiers to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Drink Preparation: Expertly making a variety of bubble teas, including preparing boba (tapioca pearls), brewing tea, and mixing drinks to recipe standards.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, explaining the menu, and providing a positive, fast, and friendly experience.
- Cashiering: Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Operations & Sanitation: Cleaning and sanitizing work stations, equipment (including poppers), and serving areas to maintain health department standards.
- Inventory Maintenance: Monitoring supplies, stocking ingredients, and restocking cups, straws, and lids.
Requirements
- A friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
