Job Summary

Increases customer confidence and loyalty by providing accurate, fast, and courteous customer checkout services. Manages lanes according to service standards, stocks products, and ensures safety and compliance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Creates a welcoming environment to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Escalates customer concerns to management with a positive attitude.

• Stocks and restocks front-end products efficiently to minimize waste and costs.

• Assists customers with unloading purchases, packing groceries, checking prices, and collecting shopping carts.

• Maintains safety standards, adheres to regulatory compliance, and executes product recalls.

• Ensures adherence to wage and hour policies and regulations.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School/GED Diploma preferred.

• Customer service skills, effective communication, and basic computer skills required.

• Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain authorization.

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
