Cashier - Albuquerque, NM

Responsibilities

• Taking money for cash tickets and processing credit or debit card transactions.
• Validating checks and giving accurate change to customers and employees.
• Keeping receipts for all petty cash given out and any miscellaneous cash taken in.
• Reimbursing weekly.
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding employee activities.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Previous experience in similar positions preferred.
• Experience with computers for automated accounting systems.
• Read and write the English language.
• Ability to use communicative skills to interact positively with customers, vendors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate computer terminals with keyboard and mouse, 10-key calculator, fax machine, and various office equipment.
