About the role

As a Cash Warehouse Team Member, you will adhere to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. You’ll be responsible for the collection, counting, sorting, and wrapping of currency, as well as participating in the transfer of currency off the floor and transporting it to restricted areas for counting. You will ensure key control procedures are followed, operate currency counters and other auditing equipment, and complete daily maintenance and cleaning of the Count Room. You’ll work professionally with other departments, ensure company assets are properly accounted for and secured, and maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.

• Collect, count, sort, and wrap currency
• Transfer currency off the floor and transport it to restricted areas
• Operate currency counters, adding machines, and other auditing functions
• Complete daily maintenance and cleaning of Count Room equipment
• Ensure key control procedures and confidentiality are maintained
• Collaborate with other departments to complete tasks
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate degree and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to follow directions repeatedly, precisely, and without deviation
• Good written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Data entry and computer skills required
• Ability to work in restricted quarters
• High energy and proactive approach to dealing with issues
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels
• Ability to work with interruptions
• Prior currency count experience preferred

Pay

Starting salary: $17.00 per hour (day shift). Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
