Cash Office Team Member

Job Summary

As a Cash Office Clerk, you will ensure the store's data, information, and records are in excellent condition while providing outstanding customer service and supporting the Cash Office team. You'll also play a key role in promoting and enhancing guest loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the top priority.
• Provide unparalleled guest service, aiming to delight and surprise guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Complete daily and weekly cash and sales reports by collecting readings, counting cash and tender, and placing the proper amounts on the reports.
• Balance office by counting all tender and completing balance reports.
• Become familiar with products in the store to answer questions and make suggestions to guests.
• Be knowledgeable of weekly ad items.
• Make deposits by double counting all tender, preparing deposit slips, placing tender in bags, and bagging the appropriate amount of deposits.
• Follow proper procedures to ensure the store meets out-of-stock percentage goals.
• Properly handle products and equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines.

Pay

The hiring range for this position is $14.00– $14.125 per hour/year. This range represents the anticipated base pay for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
