Cash Vault- Operations Processor

About the role

This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to our Cash Vault. Executes a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Duties may include functions related to payment transactions, data entry, archiving, researching, and troubleshooting. May have direct contact with 3rd party vendors and/or external customers. Researches exceptions and escalates issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production.

This position requires the ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support to the Cash Vault
• Execute routine tasks within multiple operational systems
• Handle payment transactions, data entry, archiving, researching, and troubleshooting
• Interact with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and external customers
• Research exceptions and escalate issues to management as needed
• Recommend and implement processing improvements within production

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience
• Ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions

Skills

• Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures, and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Proven commitment to high-quality customer service
• Ability to work well with external and internal customers
• Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise-wide
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
• Strong PC skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.09 per hour

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
