Role Overview

The Cash Logistics Processor works within Brink’s branch locations worldwide to perform critical cash accounting that keeps modern commerce moving. Responsibilities include verifying bank deposits, preparing cash shipments, and connecting money from one place to the next. The role offers a casual working environment with high‑responsibility tasks that keep ATMs filled and businesses running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Check in all work and cash through the window.
• Verify cash and perform data input into iTrack; mix and check all deposit types including check‑only, CompuSafe, ATM, recyclers, and mixed deposits.
• Process check imaging into the FIS system.
• Balance all individual teller sells.
• Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
• Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day.
• Clean stations at end of day, bundle trash per procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work remains, print check manifest, and confirm deposits match.
• Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately.
• Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments, or experience as a cashier or teller.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cash handling experience in secure logistics or the banking industry.
• Basic computer skills.
• 10‑key experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
