About the role
Brink’s U.S., a division of Brink’s, Incorporated, is the premier provider of armored car transportation, currency and coin processing, ATM servicing, and other value-added services to financial institutions, retailers, and commercial and government entities. This role is essential to modern commerce, ensuring cash and valuables are securely processed and transported.
As a Cash Logistics Processor at Brink’s, you’ll work within branch locations to account for cash and valuables transported to banks and businesses worldwide. This position requires enforcing rules to protect Brink’s and its customers' premises, property, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Check in all work and cash through the window
- Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, and process all deposit types, including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers, and mixed
- Process check imaging into the FIS system
- Balance all individual teller sells
- Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip
- Complete checklists according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
- Clean off stations at the end of the day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work remains, print check manifest, and verify deposits match
- Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
- Follow directions provided by supervisors and/or managers
Requirements
- 18 years old or older
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, or as a Cashier/Teller
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position
Preferred Qualifications
- Cash handling experience in secure logistics or banking industry
- Basic computer skills
- 10-key experience
- High school diploma or GED
