Cash Analyst

About the role

Our client in the Dallas area is seeking a Cash Analyst to join their cash accounting department.

Responsibilities

• Review daily banking activity and reconcile transactions across assigned accounts
• Match EFT drafts and cash activity to vendor remittances and supporting documentation
• Research and resolve discrepancies between bank records and account details
• Analyze transactions and provide reporting support to internal teams
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, cross-functional accounting support, and SOX compliance activities

Requirements

• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups, etc.)
