Responsibilities

• Exhibit consultative selling skills after completing our training program
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
• Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships and a strong client base
• Learn to overcome objections and guide customers confidently through the sales process
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analysis

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends to maximize earning potential
• Great communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license
