About the role
This role is ideal for a professional with a strong law enforcement background who can manage case workflows, support operational activities, and provide technical and administrative support across mission environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate case documentation, manage operational data, support system usage
- Collaborate with operators, analysts, and engineers to ensure mission readiness and efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5+) years of experience in law enforcement
- Demonstrated capability in managing case files, documentation, and operational workflows
- Using Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite for case management and documentation
- Providing hardware and software support to mission personnel
- Conducting basic system troubleshooting and user support
- Coinciding with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely case updates

- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
