Responsibilities
- Oversee the assignment of attorneys to various matters based on their skills, experience, and availability.
- Develop an understanding of attorney caseloads, individual attorney strengths, areas of expertise, capacity, and billable hours trends.
- Understand all aspects of each matter, including complexity of litigation when assigning matters.
- Manage all aspects of matter staffing, understanding each case's unique needs as well as a deep understanding of individual attorney knowledge skills and abilities.
- Use firm resources and technology.
- Ensure attorneys' caseloads stay on track to meet billable requirements.
- Handle transitions of matters during attorney departures, leaves of absence, and integration of new hires.
- Maintain a client-focused approach to strengthen relationships.
- Recognize the significance of each opportunity to nurture and strengthen client relationships within local offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a litigation law firm; employment law preferred.
- Proven work in fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $160,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
