About the role
The Case Planner - Prevention Program is responsible for developing and implementing prevention programs aimed at reducing recidivism rates in the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement prevention programs
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
- Evaluate program outcomes and make necessary adjustments
- Provide regular reports on program progress and impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in prevention programming or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of community-based prevention strategies
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
