About the role
The role involves providing case planning services to foster care cases. This includes developing and implementing individualized plans that support the needs of children in foster care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized case plans for foster care cases
- Collaborate with social workers, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for foster children
- Monitor progress towards case goals and adjust plans as necessary
- Communicate regularly with families and foster parents to maintain open lines of communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with foster care cases
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues

- $40,000 - $45,000 annually
