Position Title: Operations Assistant - Night Loading (7pm start time Sunday - Thursday) Department: Operations Position reports to: Warehouse Manager Primary purpose and function of position: The Warehouse Night Loader is responsible for accurately selecting, building, staging, and loading product for delivery while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. This position works as part of the night loading team and requires strong attention to detail, productivity, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Principal Duties And Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate walkie riders and other authorized warehouse equipmentAccurately select product and build pallets using voice-pick technologyBuild stable and accurate pallets according to company loading and product-handling standards Load side-load, draught, and bulk delivery trucks accurately and efficientlyStage product and completed orders in designated warehouse areasStack, organize, and separate empty kegs, pallets, and other returnable materialsMaintain proper product rotation in accordance with company standardsVerify product quantities and identify damaged, incorrect, or improperly staged productMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including completing warehouse cleaning duties as directedFollow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or workplace incidentsCommunicate with supervisors and co-workers in a courteous, professional, and productive mannerWork efficiently as a member of the night warehouse team to meet daily productivity and loading requirementsProperly use warehouse equipment and report equipment problems or maintenance concernsPerform other duties as assigned
