Responsibilities

• Facilitating therapeutic activities that promote emotional and behavioral health
• Maintaining a safe and secure living environment for the youth
• Collaborating with other professionals such as therapists and case managers
• Assisting with daily living skills training
• Monitoring and reporting any concerns to supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Experience working with youth in a residential setting
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Passing of a background check and drug screening
