Responsibilities
- Facilitating therapeutic activities that promote emotional and behavioral health
- Maintaining a safe and secure living environment for the youth
- Collaborating with other professionals such as therapists and case managers
- Assisting with daily living skills training
- Monitoring and reporting any concerns to supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Experience working with youth in a residential setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passing of a background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay
