About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities
  • Coordinate services and resources for clients
  • Provide emotional support and advocacy
  • Document client progress and needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Passing background check and drug screening

Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of community resources
