What You Will Do
To change lives, you will serve as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting individuals to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
- Serving these individuals in their homes, hospitals, and other community settings.
What You Bring To The Table
- Must have a High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and three (3) years of direct services in mental health or community services; OR an Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience providing services as a Substance Use Specialist.
- Must possess a valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
- Must have SUDP/SUDPT certification.

Pay and Schedule
- Expected starting wage range is $21.65 - $26.25. The full wage range goes up to $31.01.
- Full Time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm.
