About the role
The Case Manager - Shelter Operations plays a crucial role in supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through comprehensive case management services.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document client needs, including housing, health, and social services.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans to address identified needs.
- Coordinate with various community resources to ensure clients access necessary services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and progress.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases and coordinate efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local homeless services and resources.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay
$25.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
