Case Manager - SDMI (Missoula, MT)

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to adults with severe and disabling mental illnesses as defined by the State of Montana.
• Awareness of behavioral, clinical, and mental health interventions, skill building techniques, and understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of assigned clients.
• Interpersonal oral and written communications skills to work as a team member, to make observations and to report them accurately, to learn behavioral, clinical, and mental health care methods, and to follow oral and written instructions.

Qualifications

• A BS/BA Degree in a social work-related field and minimum of one (1) years of direct work experience in adult mental health case management.
• One (1) year experience in the human service field.
