Case Manager - Personal Injury

About the role
As a Personal Injury Case Manager in our Pre-Litigation Department, you will oversee cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, and significant orthopedic injuries. You will guide clients through the pre-litigation process, coordinate their medical treatment, and help position each case for the best recovery outcome possible.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of PI pre-litigation cases.
- Frequently contact and communicate with clients to provide case updates and explain medical treatment.
- Review and analyze medical records to identify case value and determine treatment.
- Manage client's medical treatment including surgery, injections, and infusions.
- Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures.
- Prepare files to submit to the demands department.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Personal Injury case management.
- Ability to handle a large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
- Strong medical knowledge including surgeries, injections, infusions, etc.
- Experience as a liaison between clients and care providers.
- Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
- Litify or Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.

Pay
$30/hr - $65/hr ($62,000 - $135,000 annually) depending on experience.
Schedule
This role is hybrid after 90 days.
