What You Will Do To Change Lives
Serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders.
Aids these individuals in living as independently as possible in their chosen community under direct supervision.
Distinguished from Case Manager II by additional education, years of experience, and proficiency in performing job functions and meeting position standards.
What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Human Services and (1) year of experience
- High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and four (4) years of direct services in Mental Health or community services; an Associate's degree may be substituted for two (2) year of experience.
- Bilingual Spanish
