What You Will Do

To change lives, under direct supervision, you will serve as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting individuals to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
• Working full-time, with shifts available including AM, PM, and some Saturdays.
• On-call requirements once a month, with on-call shifts being 3-4 days long.
• Expected starting wage range is $23.00 - $27.63, with pay range based on geographic location.

What You Bring To The Table

• High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and three (3) years of direct services in mental health or community services; OR Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in Social Services.
• Must possess at least 1 year of direct service experience providing assistance as a Housing Specialist.
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
