Position Overview

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital is a joint venture between Select Medical and SSM Health. This inpatient rehabilitation facility focuses on providing exceptional and compassionate care to individuals with various medical conditions including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas.

Location and Schedule

Location: Richmond Heights, MO
Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday 8 hour days

Compensation

Compensation: $77,000-$105,000 based on years of experience

Qualifications

• Current Licensure per state guidelines in clinical or related discipline (RN Preferred)
• OR a Bachelor's or Master's in a health or human services discipline
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning, CCM Certification, Acute Rehab experience, RN/PT/OT/SLP/RT/SW preferred
