About the role
FCCBH, Inc. in Price, UT has an opening in our clinical office for a Case Manager for adults, youth, and children. The Case Manager will work with individuals with mental health/substance use disorders to assess their needs, coordinate services, and provide support/education. Follow up with individuals recently in crisis and provide stabilization services.
Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of individuals with mental health/substance use disorders
- Coordinate services for clients

Requirements
- Maintaining confidentiality is an essential job requirement
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Experience in case management preferred
- Experience in mental health services preferred
- Hiring preference will be given to those willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
Pay
At least $18.57/hr., with additional pay offered to candidates with a bachelor's degree.
