About the role

This position provides goal directed supports and solution-focused interventions to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the client’s individualized treatment plan. This position also facilitates services that are designed to assist the client with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with their mental illness. At times this position will provide services to clients who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis with services designed to interrupt and/or ameliorate a crisis experience
